Root CM7 has gone stable...

I love this rom but no 720p is killing me.

No 720p on the official ROM kills me to. I mean, it's there, but it's so choppy that it's worthless.

In all seriousness, the 720p on the Incredible is a joke in its current state, so it doesn't bother me that CM7 doesn't have it. I'm on an official ROM base, and I use 800x480. I just wish that a lower, more standard resolution (720x480, AKA, 480P) was available.

Just had my first glitch...plugged into PC via USB and couldn't press USB storage button. Had this problem with my last nightly version also. Unplugged, replugged and it worked the next time around but in the process, blacked out my homescreen widgets (Fancy Widgets and Smooth Calendar). Had to delete and reload them. I believe at least the latter of the 2 issues was mentioned in the XDA thread. Might even be an ADW/CM7 combo issue.

If I've noticed one weakness of CM7 at all it's build levels, it's been with USB interface and SD card recognition/mounting. Still the best Rom IMO though.

I thought it was usable in CM6. Looked good enough on youtube (considering it was a phone).

Working fine for me. Maybe try another cable?

My video player plays avi and mp4's extremely choppy... it didn't happen on any previous CM release i've been on. :(

I noticed this when watching my podcast videos.

I think I'm going back to Incredibly Reengineered...the battery drain is killing me here (reported battery usage is ridiculously high for the display). Tried CM7 stable with the Incredikernel RC1 and then RC39 with the stock kernel, same problem both times. The stock kernel also makes my trackpad unresponsive for homescreen scrolling in LPP.
