great app, u make a good job...

but the program has some defect:
- need a widget to add transaction (without showing the balance of the account)
- need to fix the .qif import (import full quicken database with more accounts)
- transfer between accounts having different currency (for example: by giving a transfer rate by the user)

i hope the next version will solve these issues and finally i can change from winmo to android

@beards: pocketmoney is not a bad app but the reports are lame and can not handle multiple currencies.

one more thing (but i am pretty sure that nobody reads my posts):
- syncing with quicken for pc would be nice

Sadly the EasyMoney Team do not seem to be following up with any further comments here, so I wouldn't be looking out for advice from handyapps.
You would be better off contacting the developer direct if you require certain knowledge outside of what we can discuss.

I own an Android phone and iPhone and happen to see some Handy Apps' apps like TipNSplit on the App Store that is relatively recent. Guess the developer's busy with making an iPhone version of EasyMoney?

This is still my favorite finance app and I love the reports the app offers. I'm just quietly waiting for a sync feature to appear.

Hello,

I recenlty had to swap out my android phone and ran out of license keys because of some issues trading out my old phone. I got on the market today and purchased EasyMoney again. I can open the program, but it immediately starts force closing. I still have the old version on my SD card, but since I purchase the new version directly from the market it did not give me a license key to enter to be able to activate my old version. I even so much as went to the amazon app store and paid for the app AGAIN (So I've paid for it twice today) thinking that doing it through there would send me the key..... but no avail. So now I've paid $17 for this app (which would have been ok if I could at least use it) and still can not use it AT ALL! I have e-mailed customer support and tried to look up a phone nubmer to call with no luck. I really just want a product key, but if that's not possible, then I would like a refund of the $9.95 (marketplace) and $6.99 (amazon) I loved this app in the past and desperately want it to work again.

I'm coming from SPB Finance and am looking for the app that will get me the closest import of my existing data. Taking a glance at EasyMoney, it looks like it does not support classes of transactions. Is this in the works?

Also, even after supporting classes, I probably would have to manually massage my SPB Finance data files into separate files, one for each account, because it doesn't look like EasyMoney supports importing a CSV file with account info in it, nor QIF with multiple accounts.

Hi Joel,

Thanks for the feedback regarding the class issue! This is one of the features we are working on.

Sorry for the inconvenience but EZ Money Manager only allows a single file to be imported into each account. Thus you would need to manually separate your data files.

I have been using EasyMoney for a good while now and simply love the App.
What enhances this is the developer being available to hand to listen to questions and recommendations.

Also, if you are on AT&T network, you will not be able to purchase apps from Amazon Appstore. However, AT&T has recently announced that they will from now on allow 3rd party apps to run on their phones, starting with the latest Samsung Infuse 4G phone.
