Can anyone rip off the droid charge beach animated wp? It's fantastic. I saw it in the store the other day. I couldn't find it online though. Ideas? Please?

That does not contain any of the live wallpapers.

I found the file apk and the odex file. I really don't know what to do with them. When I went to open the apk file it wouldn't let me. So, I thought that either it was dependent on the odex file or it needed to put put into system/app with permissions set right.

Can one of you dev types set me straight?
