I was at verizon store today.

THe guy told me the only real difference from the DX and the DX2 is the processor. Is this true? If it is then isnt that kinda of a waste if its true?

Yea, and a better screen and better camera, hdmi mirroring/output. I guess dual core tegra 2 processor is not worth it over the old single core ti omap?

Only difference is it looks the same everything else is better about it to be honest. Sales guy is probably trying to make you happy with selling you something cheaper and they probably wanna push out all the x's they have laying around.

people pick on front facing camera. I have the thunderbolt and I fricking have never used the front facing camera. I am just not the person who wants to video chat on the phone, just not my thing. It all depends on the person using it. FFC is not a big deal for me, I am thinking about getting this phone, I know 4g is fast but if verizon could fix 4g in my area I would keep the thunderbolt. It has been two months and I get dropouts consistently at my house. That is after submitting 3 tickets.

^I know when I went from single core to dual core for my PC' I said I would never go back to anything under dual core again. Even my kids and their mother's PC, I made sure it was dual core, and they wont do 1/5 of the stuff I do on mine.

But, I thought the faster up/down speeds would make a difference for streaming too?

I'm sure it makes a big difference but I decided I'd rather have the dual core now over 4g. Especially considering that when I am watching video's I will most likely be connected to my home wifi network.
