There seem to be a lot of people in this forum that are really unsatisfied with their G2x's, but I have to say after switching back from sprint and dumping my Evo, I am quite happy and content with this device.

That is not to say that my phone is trouble free. I do have some weird wifi disconnections and was getting low battery life after installing beautiful widgets to emulate the HTC clock, but not nearly as many issues as I had with my old moto cliq or even my evo which was horrible battery wise with 4g turned on (4 hours tops without usage).

I am pretty excited for gingerbread and am glad to be back with T-Mobile(even though they will probably be ATT by this time next year)

Just because we complain, doesn't mean we don't like the phone.

I'm keeping my hopes up, if my GPS isn't fixed (I don't even care about the random reboot problems), then I will have to look for another.

One of my favorite things last year was running around the park with RunKeeper. Now that Boston actually has somewhat of a summer coming up (we shall see!), it would be nice for me to go back out there and time myself and improve each and every day.

I haven't been able to do that as my newest phone apparently can't handle simple GPS functions.

I'm on my second phone already, spent over 600 bucks on the phone and all the accessories, I am looking forward to keeping it, but there are a few things that bug a lot of users, things that should be working and should not be happening.

Between my G1, Nexus One and G2, this is by far the best, unfortunately it's the one that's giving me the most trouble, too.

I absolutely love this phone. I really have not had the problems that everyone complains about. I have had it randomly reboot 3 times but as I have stated in other posts this is a computer and I have been around computers my whole life and I can say all computers have problems none of them are perfect. I have had to reset my laptop to factory condition a few times and I paid a lot of money for that laptop. It is a top of the line laptop. So I would expect a few things here and there.

Some of the problems I have read about would absolutely piss me off though so I don’t blame people for complaining. But I have say this phone is the fastest little piece of hardware I have ever seen. When I first got the phone I was using the speedtest.net app every two minutes and I gotta say I have an average of between 5 and 8 mbps and at times 10 mbps and even 21 mbps. That is amazing. It also does everything that I can ask of it I love the android and how customizable and user friendly it is. I LOVE THIS PHONE!!!!!!!
