Help Dinc rebooting issue

I have looked throught the search feature and can't find what I need. I recently did a factory re-set on my incredible. Now it will just voluntarily reboot from time to time.

What causes this? How do I stop it from doing this???

Any help, or a point in the right direction is greatly appreciated.

started having the exact same problem. i called verizon yesterday and they reprogrammed it over the phone. I am going to call them later today. The reprogramming did not work. I didn't think it would though. If a factory reset does not help it, it probably is not software related.

by the way i am still on stock kernel/radio. Have you flashed any kernels? I don't know much about them, but it seems like that could have something to do with it.

yeah if i were you i would just call verizon. I called again today and they insisted on doing another factory reset to see if that would help

they said if it didnt help, (which it wont) to call back in a day or two and they will send me another one.
With all the stuff i have been hearing about crap incredible refurbs i am dreading receiving one... some people have gone through multiple refurbs and still haven't received a working unit.
