hi , I have an HTC wildFire phone it is great , work very good
but when I at the office I always connect the HTC Mobile with my Pc with the USB to Charge HTC Battery and disconnect it
when I want to go outside my office , I didn't charge it when the battery be less than 20% , I charge it when it become 40% or 50% , and some times battery become 100% and I still connected it to my pc . It will Adversely affect at my htc battery or I should to wait to battery become 20% or less to charge it??

I really didn't understand your question. But i think you are asking whether we need to charge the battery only when it reduces below 20%, is it?
If so, then the answer is "NO". You need not wait till the battery drains up so much.
Hope you got it :)

I'm afraid your wrong with waiting for the battery to drain before charging. you can charge at 50% everytime and you wont see much of a drop in longevity. The waiting until its used up is from old school battery tech.

As soon ad I'm near a charge point I stick the phone on charge regardless of how much is left. occasionally i've let it run flat but that's when I don't need the phone for a couple of days.
