Root Switched from Clockwork To Amon need help

Ok so i just switch to the amon ra recovering system and now all my backups arent showing up when i go to back up and restorte and i have Rom manager only to rename the roms to what i wont.. is there any way to see my old backups and use them mainly because my original rom i backed up and was saving for if i needed to send my phone in pls help

Your old backups will not work with Amon. You can flash back to CWM if you need to restore one. CWM stores then in a folder called clockwork. Amon stores then in one called nandroid. I would make a fresh nandroid of your current setup and go about what you want to do. If you need to restore a CWM backup, just flash CWM just like you did Amon. I would however not use Rom Manager. It has been known to cause issues on occasion.

ahh thank you would you happen to have a link for clockwork and ya i heard rom manager has issues so since then i only used it to rename my backups but with amon ra they dont show up so Rom manager is pretty much useless to me thanks for the quick reply
