Root [CDMA] Radio update question

I was wondering when updating or putting the latest radio on my 3D if there are any versions that are just flashable from the sd card where you don't have to open the terminal on the computer, cause quite frankly I have no idea how or what that is. I'm learning a little each day. Any guidance?

you dont have to adb push you can just put on the root of sdcard, instructions are in link
