its in good condition CLEAN ESN!!! still under manufacture warranty, no water damage, light scratches around the device except for the screen which looks flawless cause for the screen protector. comes with the original box a silicone case from vzw and of course the THUNDERBOLT!!! this is true, just like how you want your investment to be protect i want my investment to be protected if you dont like it dont buy it. i only deal thru paypal where the buyer and seller are safe, you provide the money i provide the esn. thanks

Giving out the ESN obviously isn't safe but getting a guarantee from the seller that the phone has a clean ESN and will activate is a must IMO.

You really can't. That's why you deal with members who can provide good feedback and use PayPal for the purchase (as a transaction, not as a gift). I can understand wanting to check the ESN beforehand, but I can also understand not wanting to just arbitrarily give it out. I don't think that most people around here would take that ESN and misuse it, but it's possible.

As for me, I do like to be able to the check the ESN before making a purchase, but if the seller has a good reputation, and if I have a means of recourse to recover my funds, the inability to check the ESN isn't a deal-breaker. But if a seller can't provide feedback of some sort, and they won't allow me to check the ESN, well, I didn't really need that phone anyway.

...and as for being on topic, if I didn't require a global device, I'd definitely be interested at that price. Good luck with the sale.
