I have this on my droid x and ipad and its sweeeeet.

the radar is very nice, lets you see the track of a storm super cell, like a thunder storm or tornado. you can change what you see on the map, like temp, wind speed, earth quakes. and you can choice different layers of radar.

Very nice.
I have used all the others for the most part over the years and I like this one the best.

Can the radar zero in on other locations like Southern Cal ? Or is it for the news station viewing area only? Very nice pics in the market.

From the main screen on the bottom left were it says current tap that to get the 10 day forecast, also in the settings make sure you check off storm tracks and tropical tracks, these are very cool during the summer when you get one of those super cell rain storms/ microbursts, it shows the track of it with a triangle thing show where it's headed, really cool.
I don't use the widget, but what I do is put the short cut on my home screen, that saves battery because it's not doing auto updating, just my choice..

Had a storm this weekend.. The app alerted me and I could see it approaching bfore it got here.
