!!!!! Sale!!!! 32GB SDHC card for $28...

Too good to be true...

:D

I just placed my order, and YES, I would agree if it was the first time order as well... But this is my 2nd or 3rd order from them and so far everything is fine... Keeping my fingers crossed that this will continue to hold true. Over at the XDA fourm there is another guy who posted this same deal last month, but he posted AFTER the sale was over... :) Now that it's coming around a 2nd time @ 1sale, I figure it would make up to all the folks who lost out the 1st round...

DISCLAIMER - I have no ties to this company whatsoever, not an employee, contractor nor advertiser... Just a very VERY happ SG S2 user who wants to pay back the *community* for this lovely forum...

Now hurry up before it's too late... only 3 hours and 15 minutes left... :)

from the Samsung website:

NFC (Near Field Communication)Leave your wallet at home. The Samsung GALAXY S II has it in hand. It will house NFC short-range high frequency wireless communication technology for contactless credit card payments. It can communicate with existing smartcards and readers and is compatible with existing contactless infrastructure for public transportation and payment systems. Use NFC for secure purchasing, ticket reservations, as a transit pass, or even for electronic door entry. You can even scan smart tags on posters or billboards to download the details to your phone. That

A word of caution on using a class 4 card for HD video recording from the phone's camera. It would probably be best to not have the phone write to the card when taking HD video from the camera. HD video usually needs at least class 6, or higher, for the card to be able to write that much data in real time. For still pictures, no problem.

Hi Folks!

My 32GB card arrived and it's working great! :) I just tested out Tarnlight's theory about about the 1090P video recording and so far, no problem... Of course it's now about 9:30pm in NY. I'll try it again tomorrow in bright sunlight and see how well itworks both in phone and to class 4 32gb card... :)

My SD Card came today: Sandisk 32GB Class 4, but it didn't come with any retail packaging, just came in a little case with an adapter, so I don't know if it's been used then reformatted or whatever.

Same here... no retail packaging either but it's working out just fine... :) Saves me the hassle from RIPPING the plastic packaging anyway!!!

I got my card today as well. Like others mentioned I was surprised to see no real packaging. It came in the standard micro sd/adapter case. no shipping invoice or anything else.
Works great though! If the sale ever pops up again (which I would imagine it would since it was just up a month or two ago), I'd highly recommend this card to everyone.
