Is Samsung getting annoyed by Behold 2 users?

Looks like samsung is getting tired of all the tweets asking about android updates for the behold 2 they just posted this on the samsung mobile twitter page:

"Samsung Behold II users: At this time, we don't have information on an Android update for the Samsung Behold II.
If we receive information on an update for the Behold II, we will be sure to keep everyone posted. Thank you!"

this was posted by samsung and is NOT in response to a question, they're just "keeping us posted." guess they are sick of us asking all the time, well...just give us a godd**n update then Sammy!!!!!
 
Yup thats how we do.... How we get what we want don't you know? the ask ask ask until we receive and repeat. If we don't do it they will think that we don't care and not give it to us the more we annoy them the more it will push them to do it.... Push them and force them to push the pretty red button that says send update. Lol

good job, it really seems to be working...lol yeah right:rolleyes:. do you really think the samsung developement team reads their twitter page. we're just blowing hot air, bitching just to feel better, but guess what, samsung will send an update when they want to or they won't but people bitching...well i'm sorry to tell you has little to no effect.

eh eventually we will get it otherwise i am gonna sell this and get a nexus 1:D or some other android that works on tmobile... I feel as if I should of sold it when I won right now though.... but also I hate how new androids are lacking dedicated call/end call buttons... 2.1 android needs ta hurry up either way or give us a newer update to something so that we can be happy about something..

That may be the problem. Probably 80% of Behold II owners actually won the device. I believe they gave away close to 1,000 units

There must be only 1,200 Behold II owners :D

hmm... I don't know about that surely the numbers have gone up significantly after the free 1k winners... I mean the price was high at first being $230 its crazy also seeing as phone reviewers gave it bad reviews saying cube and touchwiz sucked at being android basically praising do fda been dropped to $150. that should have moved some devices then dropping it to $80 that should have moved double of what was m
oved when it first dropped in price now some places offer it free there is no reason they haven't moved much and lack support for this phone.

The squeaky wheel gets the most oil. I'm glad that they are feeling the heat. I say pour more on!!! I was in the $230 group and I am NOT amused. This latest announcement is not giving me the "warm cozies" that Samsung cares about Behold 2 users. In fact, it does just the opposite. That announcement basically says, "Go away, you bother me!" as they push forward with other products and updates.

I say keep the fire to their butts until they respond appropriately. Keep the spot light firmly upon them. I also think that the giveaway was a dead giveaway...

BTW, I am a firm believer in letter writing to the C-level types. I have gotten restitution from companies in the past who care about their products and brand name. Case in point - I purchased a CRM program that was incompatible with My OS (but said to BE compatible). The store didn't want to take responsibility so I wrote to the CEO of the company and he had a new version shipped out to me and I was placed on their BETA testing team as well. So, if you are unhappy with service or product...do not suffer in silence or take the "hit" in your wallet. Some companies actually care about how they are perceived in the marketplace.

This concludes our "faith in Samsung" meeting. Govern yourselves accordingly...

It was rated G but to the tune of what the hell are you waiting to receive? blah blah aren't you the friggin manufacturer? blah blah Just be forthcoming, yes or no will the Behold II be getting an update during my lifetime? blah blah.

Not actually those words but pretty much what I wanted to convey. :D
