Some q.'s about Hero.

Hey.


I bought my first smartphone, a HTC Hero, and im very satisfied about it.

But I have some problems I would like to get fixed.

When im on Mobile net I cant login to facebook, but I can login to any other sites, its not a problem on WIFI, why is that?

And both me and my girlfried got a problem, shes got a HTC Tattoo, the problem is often when we try downloading something from Android market, it wont start downloading, before we turn the wifi off and then on again, or we use mobile net.
What is solution about that?

Do your network block facebook? I had to get mine to unblock twitter, as they count it as over 18 content.

You mean on my computer or?

Cause facebook logons like it should when I use WIFI on my phone, but when I use mobile net, it wont login, its like going in loops.

I mean your mobile netork, the company who provide you with the mobile net. They might be blocking the website. Whenever I tried to access twitter (in the browser) I got redirected to a T-Mobile page telling me it was being blocked.

Ohh okay.

How do I get TDC (My mobile network) to unblock facebook?

You'd have to check TDC's website to find that out.

But that might not be the reason it doesn't work, I was just guessing. Maybe someone else has experience with that network?

It just never begin downloading.

But then, when we turn off the WIFI and then on again, it begins downloading.

Only in android market the problem is.

I've fixed it.

I just added a APN called: TDC Internet.
