Help Quick Question - Tbolt - Software No. 2.11.605.9

If you are not concerned with data wipe - do oneclick roots still work following the upgrade to Software No. 2.11.605.9 - or do you still have to perform the down grade mentioned in the famous "Revolutionary" video description...

A root method has not been found yet for the newest software. You have to downgrade to .5 then root then install a rooted version of .9

Well, I did so - used the revolutionary method - it got to the point where it was to install the clockwork recovery - that failed - turned off my firewall - that failed - I have tried putting a different recovery for the TBolt on the root of my SDcard, renamed it PG05IMG.zip, and it doesn't do anything - at my hboot screen, it says revolutionary and S-Off, but I am not rooted, as I am aware, I apparently need to go into recovery and run the super user zip file to make this happen, I am stuck right now... Boo...

Any aid?

digdug1 has been a big help in getting me this far - I wish I could just hand him my phone.

Jrocker, how would I go about downgrading to .5, (which is the GB update, correct?) because I am not the biggest fan of the newest update (my phone just feels laggy in everything it does, kind of like it did with MR1)

jj3699 - If you are rooted, just download the .5 version and flash it. If you are not rooted, you really cant go back to .5... Once they find a way to root .9, you can do it. Then you can run rooted .5 or go back to unrooted .5

StateYourJames - if you got thru revolutionary to the point where you can install recovery we can get you rooted.

Install superuser apk from the market, then install busy box from the market. Once your done, download rom manager from the market and install clockwork recovery from there. All should be good then
