Root TWC TV APP For ICS

The twc tv app just got updated for ICS to stream live cable like the ipad app. I just dled it but when you try and run it you get a message that the app is not supported on rooted devices. Since netflix andyoutube have issues still anyway, I figure it probably wouldn't work anyway but is there anyway around the check it does for rooted devices?

On another site, I think Android Police, it was stated that the app even blocks any current bypasses.

I'm sure it's just a matter of time before someone figures out how to get around it again, but for now it sounds like we're out of luck.

If you use Linux and mythtv 0.24 an app called mythfrontend works great with TWC
