Help samsung galaxy tab 2 question

hii i know the samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 hasnt come out in australia yet but my question is it is able to call people on this tab but can you still call people on it if you pick the non 3G version

You can't call from a WiFi only version, if that's what you're asking.

If you are on wifi,

You can use Groove IP VOIP and route Google Voice to the Tab 2. I did it today.
Works.

Yes, Groove IP is great. We were in a place that had no cellular service, but I did have WIFI. I was able to call out on my Tab using Groove IP really well.
