How is your experience using Sense on the One? My biggest complain with the Sensation was using an app and then hitting the "home" button only to have to wait while the phone reloaded Sense.

Sense 4.0 seems slimmer/quicker than previous versions. I have yet to notice it cause any lag on mine. I was a bit apprehensive about it when I got the phone and so far I am happy.
