i was gonna say this as well, if its anything like pictures, then selecting share will give you options like bluetooth, message, flicker, facebook and so on

selecting message and entering an Email address, instead of a number should send it to your inbox, sometimes they show up in the spam box if your email provider has offered one so dont forget to look there sometimes
