Just my 2 cents, but if HTC was going to reveal the Supersonic/Evo at their booth, I doubt that they would have Sprint carring it around and show to others. They would want the focus on their booth.

I will be going with something on VZW prob within the next 2 or 3 weeks. If the Incredible is not out then I may be out of luck unless I get a droid and wait the 30 day period. Anyways I get 20 percent discount on service so I won't be going to another carrier.

Important Question (i think)

How was the EVO 4G (SuperSonic) "Announced"? All of a sudden there were links to the Endgadget site with the hands on review and short video.

Was there an "unveiling" at the HTC booth or was that cloth removed at the Sprint booth?

We're expecting this big climactic unveiling of the Incredible but the arrival of the EVO 4G from sprint was pretty anti-climactic as far as an unveiling is concerned.

So, what are we looking out for? Can someone who is at the conference or knows someone at the conference tell us what they're waiting to see? Are they standing outside HTC's booth or at a conference room waiting for the HTC dude to come in and drop this?

Or will it be someone like endgadget that gets a private interview and then leaks it out like what appears to have happened with the Evo 4G?

yah, somehow if HTC is presenting with Sprint and Sprint called Verizon sub par makes me really doubt that HTC will just jump over and announce they have another phone for Verizon.

My prediction, no mention of Incredible at all.

@Phorts i think that some pages back someone posted a picture of a black cloth covering something at the sprint booth, and since there was actually a sprint press conference and the HTC booth is still uncovered, we believe that it might be the incredible....i dont think Engadget released the info, there was an actual press conference.

Sprint can sort of boast that considering they have 4G already rolled out and working in their test markets (I am in one and it's pretty damn fast).

As far as total coverage is concerned VZW has them all. The problem is that AT&T and Sprint are taking these shots because Verizon has zero representation at the event (except that BS Skype conference).

The box in the HTC booth is still covered from what we know and the black cloth that was on stage at the Sprint event was the Evo 4G. Now, all that matters is what's in that white box. Every other carrier has a phone there except VZW. Come on. It has to be the Incredible. There's no way it's not.

Friends of mine with ATT/Sprint sure beg an awful lot to use my Verizon phone when we are out and they have 0 service away from the city.

subpar eh? at least my shit works
