Help After Migration Contacts Now on Sim Card

My contacts on my old phone were on the sim card. When I migrated them to my new Sony Xperia-S, they stayed there. Now when I go into my phone in contacts the only contact that comes up is MYSELF. I cannot see any of the other contacts, I can't even search them. WORSE, is if I enter a new contact, it goes to the sim card. (This is my guess since I cannot find contacts anywhere on the micro chip)

When I make a call or a call comes in that is in my contact list, it is identified, so I know the contacts are somewhere, the problem is where? I feel like a total idiot. (Yes I check the other accounts, and no they are not there.)

Any clues you can give would be really appreciated.

Thanks!

Press phone-top left tab - menu-import - sim
Thanks, I did that. I actually figured it out. That was not the problem, the contacts were already imported, twice. The documentation leaves out that you need to bring up the filter (and how you actually do this is by pressing the button on the bottom right) and then select all the contacts so you can see them. It is sort of wierd that it would import your contacts and then it would select none of them so that you can't see what you have already imported. Duh..
