How can I make sure that all previous ICS files/data have been permanently deleted after having Jelly Bean cleanly flashed on my GNexus?

I would say to backup everything from your current ICS setup, then use Wug's toolkit to relock then unlock the bootloader. Since I remember you used the toolkit from a while back I figure this would be easiest for you. Just be sure to backup everything! And make a nandroid of your current ICS setup in addition to backing up all files, pic, boot animations, etc...

I am currently running Codename Android Jelly Bean. I have a nandroid of AOKP b40 ICS. I just want to remove all files of my previous ROM (AOKP b40 ICS), and rest assured with only Jelly Bean. Can I simply accomplish this by deleting the nandroid of AOKP b40 ICS in recovery mode?

If you're already running a JellyBean ROM, then you (hopefully) clean flashed and any ICS files you had were wiped away. I'm not 100% sure but I am 95% sure lol

Having a nandroid won't harm your device. And since you are on JellyBean you had to have wiped everything in recovery or else you'd be having problems with you phone.

You're good Doc, promise.

If you want to delete that nandroid, you would need to do that with a file explorer.

If I'm not mistaken in CWR you can hit mount system and click /system format and it should wipe the OS clean. That's what I do and I haven't run into any problems with ICS files presisting when I flash a JB ROM

When I open Astro File Manager, I see that previous ICS titanium backups are there. I always saw a couple of old applications that I used to have when I had ICS. I saw the folder for those applications and manually deleted them via my PC or Astro File Manager. I just want to have as much free space on my phone. What's the best way to rest assured knowing that?
