So I was kinda down and upset with my GB running on my Bionic. I rooted. Then installed the leak, staying on .232. I had fun, but then like always once I install a custom rom or leak my phone starts to slow down. Boy, was I pissed. So when the original update came out I reverted my phone and landed the ICS update. MAN! this thing is flying and smooth.

I dont have a single issue that people here report. I have 0 problems so far.

Last time I will ever install any ROM or Leak.

Last time I will ever install any ROM or Leak.

This is anecdotal, but my first Android phone was a Droid Eris. There had long been promised an update from 1.5 to 2.1 on that phone, but it was delayed for months. There were three leaked ROMs that came out - the last turned out to be the official update - but the people who installed any of the leaks lost their ability to root the phone for several weeks after those who never installed a leak did. I decided against installing a leak myself, and was very happy after the release turned out to be disappointing and the phone ran better after rooting. I decided then never to install a leaked ROM on a phone, ever - only official software.

I have installed custom ROMs, but always with the ability to go back to pure stock.

Anyway, thanks for letting us know about your experience!
