Did you have any custom recovery on it? That would be a game changer.
If you had debugging mode enabled, you could probably use the
Nexus 4 toolkit to reflash it to stock or simply unlock the bootloader, which will wipe the phone and reset.
If not, there's a slim chance you could use the keys, but there's be no way to verify it was successful.
I already flashed CWM on mine so i can't tell you the exact key presses to use for stock recovery. I know with power off, you pres and hold the volume down and power button for 10-15 seconds. Then press down vol once to select recover and press power to confirm, but after that I don't know what the key presses are. Maybe someone else who still has stock could give you the exact sequence of button presses.
