Well I'm not much of a rom'r or themer but from what
I hear and read is the reason for the Admire not being able
Hold ics is not enough space
If so had anyone tryed like an debloated version where
You use phone apk, message apk and etc like main requirements
Just a suggestion

CM9 which is based on ICS works for the Admire, just not very well. I've been on it and personally I loved it. Took me awhile to figure out the screen flickering thing with maneuvering through the phone. As long as you kept touching and moving, the screen will be useable lol. Also since its just a super alpha rom from the Prevail many of the settings have placement stubs to be filled later on if it ever gets more stable. basically CM9 is just a super sexy beast in my opinion lol As for ICS on the Admire, I'd say Boraimod is the closest thing to it. That rom is based on CTMOD for the Prevail and it works much better than CM9. Boraichee is the one responsible for both these rom and patient will be the key for use to get it. He works on roms as much as he can and if anyone can do it Bo can

No offense, but Im going to keep saying this in hopes that it will sink in somehow.
This has been discussed into the ground -- ICS will not run well on the R720 due to RAM restrictions, flat out.
That dirty port thats out there will also not run well. The best attempt would be to build it from source, and fortunately the developers with the experience to do so (that have all moved onto different devices) know this fact I mentioned above.
Time best spent is to get CM7 fully functioning on the R720 -- it will provide the best user experience in functionality, speed, and features.

I was just making a suggestion but on how to help I'm not asking
For it to get done but simply an idea because I love cm9
But still let's look at the m865 if it can be done on that then
I feel it's soooo possible for the admire the question is how
think outside the box

This has been thought about inside, outside, behind and in front of the box, read the forums through.
Verdict?
M865? 512mb ram
SCH R720? 256mb ram
'nuff said.
