but my concern is that i dont know enough about up and coming products. are there any devices released already or said to be released with upwards of 3gb+ ram?

3gb of ram? the s3 only has 1gb i believe. there is the note 2 that has 2gb. i have not heard of a phone that has 3gb of ram. there are only rumors of phones with that much ram, but nothing official yet. We will get more of an idea of any new phones coming out this at the MWC(mobile world congress) which is from Feb 25th-28th.

u. s s3 has two gb ram and dual core cpu. International has quad cpre but only 1gb ram. note 2 i think has quad and 2gb ram Aswell
