Syncing contacts

I synced all my gmail contacts to my phone but now when I go into gmail and check my contacts I have 1 that keeps showing up multiple times. Last time I looked he had over 50 entries. I deleted all but 1 and an hour later he's back another 25 times. I just put the 2.1 leak on my phone yesterday. Maybe that's the problem? Strange that it's only the 1 contact though.

I have been seeing this on mine too. Not that many repeats though. If I add a new contact in, a few minutes later it has 1 to 4 duplicates of it. I too am curious as to how to solve this problem.

There should be an update on the website to look to multiple contacts. Just clear em out. NBD

Are you talking about the "Find Duplicates" button on the gmail page? If so it works great for about 2 hours and then I have the same contact 10 more times.
