Here in south Florida, I've gotten those speeds with just HSPA+ but not consistently.
I think it also depends on what phone you have. Mine is the GS4

Not really; I average that between my AT&T Note 1 (about 10-13/3-4 on refarming) and my S2 (no LTE but 18-20 down in Chicago).

Since T-Mobile has started an aggressive roll-out of their LTE, many locations are starting to see LTE. So I thought a thread listing locations both official, and unofficial would be a great idea. So the rules to getting an update are the following:

1) For listing under official, provide a link to a T-Mobile press release stating that it's officially in that market.
2) For unofficial, provide a screen shot, similar to how my second post is that clearly shows speeds and network type. Speeds don't have to be great, I'm more interested in seeing network type and server location.

My mother-in-law recently picked up the iPhone 5, which I have been running LTE speed tests from and they are preeeeeetty decent.

Lol i barely even recognize those places. I'm more familiar with Blanding, Roosevelt, and westside.

Well if it's in the city already I'm presuming that it will spread to the rest quickly.

yes it is available down at the beaches which means a different tower, and its down south side of beach blvd.
