Help with an annoying notification

So ever since the most recent update I got a few days ago, my phone has been constantly giving me a little exclamation point in a triangle notification in the black bar at the top of the screen about letting a ton of apps, few of which I recognize (I think they came installed), have access to my google account.

I don't know exactly what that entails, but I do know that I don't particularly trust it and don't see any benefit in doing so, so I hit no thanks every time. But every hour or two it asks the same thing again. It's not necessarily getting in the way or anything but it's gotten really annoying having to tell it no every other time I pick up my phone.

Does anyone know how to get it to stop appearing? I searched through the settings but couldn't find anything that relates to it.

It would help to know which apps are evolved?

It would help to know which apps are evolved?

It's a pretty long list, looking at it again I can say they're pretty much all apps that came bundled with my phone.

But among them there's:
VPN Client
Settings
Enterprise VPN Services
SysScope
PopupuiReceiver
IOTHiddenMenu
Error (Don't know what's up with that one, but that's all it says)
Service Mode
TwDVFSApp
Bluetooth Test
Klies via Wi-Fi
Phone Util
Samsung Keyboard
com.samsung.InputEventApp

And a ton more like that. Several have weird names I've never seen like SDM and NFC Test that I'm guessing are background functions. Still, I'd prefer not to give that permission, especially since I don't know exactly what they're asking for. Does Google account mean e-mail and everything?

... It's been a while, but I may have...
To see if you have it you'd log in on your Google account on the Google web site.
If you've a two step verification, you might have chosen your home PC as trusted device where you won't need this second (randomly generated and been send by Google to you) password ... when you use a non-trusted device you'll need this second password.

When you're logged in on your account, look on the state of your password security and you'll find the info about the necessity to provide for some apps on your phone an additionally password for using your Google account. It's like you use your Google gmail name for to log in on YouTube :)

Sorry that my English doesn't allow a more detailed description of this difficult matter ... maybe someone can chime in ... :)

Triangle symbol with exclamation point often is the symbol for "unexpected error, send error report"

Basically a program crashed in the background.

It is also the symbol for "package file invalid" which involves either new installs or updates, which I've been getting randomly across all my devices recently, apparently Play Store has a bug
