Newb needs a way to move droid files to/from PC.

So...I'm trying to figure out this whole droid thing....yes I just said that.

I need a program that installs into Windows 7 that is a file manager for my droid. I need to move pics etc back and forth.

Welcome aboard bud, well to my knowledge there's not really any software available to move pics etc back and forth, you can do this the original way by connecting your device and go to my computer and you'll see your sdcard or internal storage of the device , from there you can copy and paste stuff back and forth.
