Root [AT&T] EFS Restore?

Okay, i need help! Im new to flashing. I have an AT&T Note 2, i succesfully rootef, did a Namdroid backup fine. From previous experiences i learned to backup my EFS partition using Terminal Emulator...fine. My problem is the EFS was removed, and now the phone is stuck on bootloop. Granted i have the EFS backup, but its in .bin format...how can i mount or push, or extract it back to the phone..or am i missing something????

. Can phone still get to download mode? I ask because I know Odin can flash bin files. You have to use the phone button, not PDA. I am not sure if this would work? But, if I were you. I would ask the question over at xda and or research it there unless you already have? Either way, I feel your pain. I hope you can find the right answer..
