Im not going to go as far as to say this is a complete fix.. There is still a lot of room for improvement in relation to audio. For one, and I'm pretty sure this applies to all cm10 builds, the volume buttons up or down have no effect in a call.. This flashable zip will make all audio on the device louder.. Ringer, notifications, keypress, alarms, etc. You will notice that they are almost too loud especially playing music(highly recommend to keep the volume on mp3 down a little).. This is partially why I say this is not a fix. You will notice significant improvement through the speaker phone and in call can finally be heard with a tv or radio on through the headset and earpiece!! I've personally tested this as well as johnnyl1111 and SwoRNLeaDejZ, this still needs some tweaking, but it is progress!!

Flash this in recovery.. Thanks to johnnyl1111 for making this flashable.

Lol and i was just trying to fix call volume...i made mine loud as hell!! But the other side had little to no echo..still gonna try this though!

Keep working on it, I know I still am.. I really think if we could get the volume rockers working in call we'll see a big difference.

EDIT: This really shouldn't have much to do with echo as Bob switched the feed to analog from digital to fix the echo..

Yea...im looking into Hk's rom his was perfect for volume call and 1080p but if i can find out how to fix mms/sms and data 4g on it then i will just add it to hk's rom and that will be the 99.9% perfect rom!

Have you installed this? Can you test your volume rockers in a call to see if they are? Mine are working all the sudden and I'm not sure if it's because of a mod I made or if they were already and didn't notice..

Glad we could kinda spit ball this together dude.. I'm going to keep plugging away at it. Could you send me a highlighted version with your edits so I might try to add to it? This file holds the definite key to fixing this issue.

One thing to note: when I tried this, I didn't notice to much of a difference ear piece wise, however Speaker phone is definitely loud af.

If you want me to send you the things I found that you can define under each sequence, let me know.
