Better Third Party Universal Remote app?

I find it really cool that the Note 3 has an IR Blaster. Unfortunately, the WatchOn app seems to be relatively barebones. Does anyone know of an app that more closely replicates the function of the Logitech harmony remotes? I know Harmony has an android app, but I'm not sure if it will work with a phone that has a built-in IR blaster or if it HAS to use the hardware piece you have to buy from them.

I'm pretty sure it will. I didn't see anything about a device number limit.

Will these apps and IR blaster work on an A/V Receiver?
I know watch on is just TV or cable box

Also, is it true the IR beam is narrow and you have to point
it exactly at the IR receiver of your TV or component?

Here are the types listed in the app:

Airconditioning and Heating
Audio Video System
DSLR Camera
Game/Media Manager
House Equipment
Multizone System
Projector
Set Top Box
Switcher
TV
Video Processor

If you have a specific brand you want me to check for you, I can do that.

I've found that it has to be pointed toward the device you want to control, but it doesn't have to be pointed perfectly at the detector or anything. It seems to work like most remotes do.

I can tell you the "air conditioning" is a null entry. It was the first one I tried :(
