Help Update of Samsung Tab 2

My ST2 has been updated?!! All the screen looks different. The notification bar has moved to the top of the screen. The snapshot icon has disappeared. At least two apps which I didn't ask for and don't want have appeared and it seems can't be removed.

Is there anyway to go back to the setup I had before the update?

I think there is, you will just have to look around the forum and there should be threads on how to revert back to 4.1.1.
