samsung tablet note 10.1,blutooth not working

please can any one help me out my samsung tablet 10.1,blutooth not working.when ever i turn it on,it will erupt my tablet and it will start booting and stop at samsung logo and start again,and again no stoping.

I'm not sure that I can help but others might if they had more information. For example, are you saying that your tab is now stuck in a loop whenever you turn it on? If so, how can you turn bluetooth on or off to prove that it's bluetooth that's the problem?

Perhaps you could expand on what you are able to do and what results you get. Is it still under warranty?

did you try to reboot into recovery, like I mentioned in the other thread you were asking in
