Gamestop Tablet???

Hey everyone I am needing help to root and update my sophix tablet I purchased at GameStop, I believe its an exclusive GameStop brand, not sure if this matters but I can not play my sims game and when I went to eagames it said to root or update because I guess the resolution on my tab isn't high enough, does anyone know how I can update or root my device please help
