Help charger connected = phone borked! help!

I read thru these forums and have found no one else with this problem. my wife has had her warp 4g since xmas and for a few weeks now it's had a serious issue. Every time she uses the phone while connected to the charger the screen first glitches then quickly the entire phone becomes inoperable until finally the screen fuzzes out and it's just stuck. Unplug charger and reboot and it's fine...until the charger is plugged back in. Any thoughts? And thank you in advance

Sounds like hardware issues that may need it sent in...

Go to Warp 4G - all things root. Root it. Get CWM installed then go into recovery and wipe Cache & dalvik cache (in advanced part of menu). Reboot system. If that doesn't work, MAKE SURE you flash the stock/stock recovery.zip (ROM) before u send it in for repair...

Are you using OEM charger and cable? Sometimes plugging it up to devices such as a blueray player or pc to charge you can send the wrong voltage through the phone. Could cause problems. But those problems sound kinda serious...

Does anyone know what to do with this now? My phone is starting to do this a lot
