Can you remove items from "Market" downloaded list?

I like to keep thing "neat and arranged" so when I download programs from MARKET and delete them I want them to go away so I see ONLY what I kept.

Is there a way to remove UNINSTALLED apps from the "DOWNLOAD" list in the "Market" so all I have left is what I want to keep installed and not what I removed?

The more I play with this MyTouch the more I like it and can't wait for something new to come to AT&T. I just bought this used because I sold my iPhone to wait for a new one but I'm getting hooked. Reminds me of the old PALM TREO days.

First off dont download PORN apps and you wont be worried about it !!! Im just joking. I think you actually have to reboot the phone completely to get rid of the list. Which kind of sucks because its a lot of work having to go back through and redownload everything you want! I had an app that I liked and i accidentally deleted it from the phones database instead of uninstalling through the android marketplace. The consequence of this was the android marketplace thought i still had it downloaded, so when i tried to redownload it I couldnt. I had like 15 other apps on the phone i liked at the time and didnt want to go through the process i explained just to get that one app back....

How could I have guessed that was going to be the response I get.

Actually all I want to remove are the ones marked UNINSTALLED. I haven't had the phone long enough to find the "good stuff!"

Yeah I think you have to restore the phone. I could be wrong though.
