Help Cliq XT USB compatibility

With the Cliq XT being so new, I'm having a hard time finding accessories for it (I mean cheaper eBay items, not OEM/TMobile brand). I sort of miss my G1 with its universally recognized, very common microUSB. I came across a comment somewhere that the Cliq's port matches some model of Blackberry?

I guess my question is, can anyone tell me what other phones match it or point me to a site that lays out the types of USB ports and which phones use the same ones? Something that would give me reasonable reassurance that any given plug would work for the Cliq. Or does the Cliq XT have a proprietary configuration? Thanks!

The XT does have the same port as some Blackberry's but I'm not sure I would assume that the same accessories would work. I know the data cable does because I'm using one from another phone with the same connector and it works fine. Same with the charger.

Could just be my mistake, but doesn't the Cliq XT have a micro USB connection? My cord broke and I went to TMobile and they gave me a Samsung micro-usb cord, it works fine.

Are you sure you don't mean why didn't it use a mini-USB connection? I think those are more popular (digital cameras, my old Tmobile Dash and a blackberry I had years ago).

Could be mini, I don't know what they're called. Whatever it is, the G1 cords (of which I have a thousand) don't fit the XT. So I should look for a micro-USB? Do they all have the same shape/configuration?

Best thing to do is buy some mini-usb to micro-usb adapters. That's what I did when I went from the G1 to N1, that way you can use all the cables and connectors you already have. I found some for 99 cents and free shipping from ebay, they work great.
