Root [DISCONTINUED][4.4.4][MS323] Carbon ROM LG L70

Oh yeah forgot to mention Simplicity did have the everything working including hardware keys, camera and flashlight but tethering was blocked on metropcs, think it has to do somthing with the hidden menu or kernel. Only thing is neither Carbon nor MIUI have fix for camera, flashlight. Hardware keys are an issue for just the latest build from @vm03. but i can't find old build. nor source. Will try contacting @MikeHoncho.
My approach was...
grab source for both simplicity and carbon
check differences in kernel
compile(once i get vm running linux)
upload fix.
 
My hardware keys are working!
Fiddled with the gpio-keys.kl file located in System/usr/key layout... I'm not sure if it's working thanks to "Xposed Additions" were you can map/add buttons?
I changed the gpio-keys.kl file first, and after that I added the keys in "Xposed Additions"...


key 115 VOLUME_UP WAKE_DROPPED
key 114 VOLUME_DOWN WAKE
key 102 HOME WAKE
key 250 INFO VIRTUAL

key 158 BACK VIRTUAL
key 172 MENU VIRTUAL

You have to remember that Camera and torch aren't working because a solution hasn't been found yet.
 
Nice.... I try this ROM on my device (LG L70 MS32310b - v4.4.2), but didn't work for me.
many apps like torch didn't work. Also Home, back and menu keys didn't work at all.
But I really love this ROM, I hope can be fixed soon.

**** Update ****
2-13-2015: Added apollo music player to carbon (I like it). Also set on screen softkeys as default. Overall smoothness of phone (video driver) seems pretty good.​
