Help Does ChatON come installed on Galaxy S4 MINI?

Hey does the ChatON app come preistalled on the S4 MINI ? This is a Verizon phone.

Yeah they are but I want to know if it comes pre-installed on Verizon S4 MINI phones.

This phone was bought about two years ago.
