So obviously I am new here. I figure I would join these forums as I am often lurking around and not contributing. Here is a little about me.
I work in the IT field for government doing Web Design and Development. I own a very large forum that I have run for 6 years. I love everything Google. I was one of the first to obtain a Gmail account and have been part of everything they offer. I use Gmail, Google Docs, Adsense, Adwords, Google Calendar, Google Voice, Google Maps API, Blogger, Picasa, iGoogle, Chrome (on my home pc FF for work), Google Talk, Webmaster Tools, etc.
So obviously I have been very interested in Android since it first came out. I have been locked in contract with AT&T for over 8 years (due to always upgrading) and three months ago came out of contract with them. I decided to trade in my Blackjack (which was the best phone I ever owned) for a Android powered phone. My Fiance works for Sprint and naturally was able to convince me to join on, well along with my sweet government discount I get through Sprint.
I watched many videos on the HTC Hero and fell in love. I purchased it and have had it for 2 weeks now. I have had my ups and downs with it, but those are for future posts.
This is how I became a member of these forums. You will see me around a lot as I have the HTC Hero which seems to be chalked full of issues. I am glad to be a member now and not just a passerby.
