Help LG G5 issue

I rebooted my device and when it came back on my theme was missing. The status pull down is no longer there and my 2 button at the bottom of the phone dp not work. The home button and also recent apps button. My back button works. My phone will no longer lock. Help!

Have you tried rebooting it again? If so and still no luck, do a battery pull, leave it out for a few minutes, put it back in and power up.
Let's see if that does the trick

Yup, did all that was mentioned. I was going to do a master reset and I no longer have this option. I tried through menu and hard button.

"hard button" as in,

Master reset with hardware keys

1. Back up data on the internal memory.
2. Turn off the device.
3. Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons.
4. When the LG logo appears, quickly release and then re-hold the Power button while continuing to hold the Volume down button.
5. 'Factory data reset' appears.
