Before reporting a bug, do a full clean wipe (wipe system, factory reset) then flash the latest Carbon nightly and gapps. DO NOT restore any system data with a backup program such as Titanium Backup. If the bug still occurs immediately after booting and before restoring any personal data or apps, then verify that other users have the same bug by checking out your device's Carbon xda forum. Once you have done all that, then you can report the bug. Make sure to include the build of Carbon you are running and your device when posting the issue. 3. Feature requests. Before requesting a feature, make sure it is firstly not already in the rom. Second, make sure the feature you are asking for is even in existence yet, meaning don't ask for features that are still alphas or that havent ever even been created before. We're good but we're not magicians. Next be able to provide the GitHub links to an already established implementation of this feature so we can understand what it will require from a dev standpoint. 4. No screenshots. The only screenshots you can post are to show an error you are having with your device. No homescreen/bragbook screenshots as it clutters up the page. 5. Remain calm. If you see that your post has been +1'd it means that it has been read thoroughly. If a reply has still not been made it either means it is being asked to the devs, or was something that did not deem a response. Once you have read through all these rules go ahead and enjoy the community

Probably something with sepolicy in the device tree

• Home button.
• Recent apps button
• Developer Options toggler
• Bluetooth
• SD Cards

This is working in my phone:

• Rear Camera and flash
• Frontal Camera and flash
• Fingerprint Scanner
• WiFi Antenna
• Mobile Data
• Phone calls

Bugs:

1. When you toggle one of the options in the taskbar, it will be stuck in that option (i.e Mobile Data) and you will have to reboot the phone to make it work again.
2. You will access Google Play with no problems at all, but when you press on the download button it will be stuck on "pending download"

Uninstalling, will wait for a newer version with those bugs corrected.

Probably something with sepolicy in the device tree

I was recently checking and didn't make any changes to sepolicy at all, so it must be looking for something the device tree didn't have..

So far Carbon has always been one of the most consistently busted ROMs when building, weird.. I may even pull the ROM

Don't pull it just yet. I'm going to install it and take some logs and see if so can figure it out. No point in a good rom being discontinued if I can fix the problems. I have an idea of how to fix the problems stated. I'll look into them tomorrow. I've been wanting to try some of these hat I haven't already built for myself anyway.
Edit: usually 5hingsblike this are either solved by a line in Boardconfig.mk of sepolicy additions.

Np. I've been awfully bored lately and at least I can figure that out without my PC. At least I can do that with just my phone wherever and I don't need my PC so I can feel uselfull somehow.
