I for some reason, even though i PURCHASED it from the play store, it won't let me download it, but whats more, I cant even FIND it or the launcher, any more... i just installed it a couple months ago, and lost it on a reset, so i assume it got removed in one of those ban waves going around... if someone needs proof I bought it, I think I still have my receipt, if someone asks for it, and looking at a thread here, i found a post similar to this, from long ago I assume, and it was closed due to talk of piracy... i dont want to be a pirate, but would like to know how to get the product I purchased, downloaded... what a time to forget to backup my purchased apps... might have it on another phone, but all my other devices that may have it, need USB-C charging cables, which i dont currently have available...

In fact here is a screenshot of my receipt from Google play...

They claim its been removed by the developer...
Ah, well, there isn't much to do. You are correct that we can't help you get a copy and truthfully, you risk getting a version loaded with more than you want (i.e. malware, spyware, etc.).

I'd recommend giving a modern supported launcher a try. I personally use Nova Launcher pro. It took me a bit myself to move on from LP, but I vary happy with Nova now.

Thankfully I found the launcher... uh, somewhere reputable... but i have a thread up on XDA-Developers to see what they can recommend, if anything, on the unlocker side... im partial to that app as that is the only app I trust to be fast on older devices, below 5.0 android, but thanks for your help anyways...
