Cell is hacked. Life is Hacked. Is there a way out?

About 6 years ago my Wi-Fi network, and all the devices connected, were hacked. My identity was stolen. My social media accounts were copied. Got locked out of them. My wife as well. All of my apps are wrong. Very good copies. But wrong. A ton of my setting options either don't appear or are "greyed" or "light blued" out (can't change them). The more I dig the worse it gets. I can't take it anymore. Is there any way to lose them? I've tried it all. Yet even the note 9 I got steadily gets worse. My search options on my browser are old or useless. My app store even seems off. There is now THREE "phone" apps in my phone and FOUR "driving" apps (2 or 3 Andriod Auto and "2 car mode app". My Google maps is different every time I use it.
Is there a book (or something that can't be rerouted) that can help me? The image is just one of the many things (I haven't changed anything but I have apps and sites now telling me I have keyboard overlays, I'm using an unidentified version of Android, my IP address is incorrect).

1st, abandon all of your accounts.
Get yourself a brand new router / modem for your home network.
Create yourself brand new banking info and accounts, including debit cards.
Create brand new social media accounts,
Gmail, and any other accounts, from utilities to credit cards.

Oh no.. Sounds like you're totally HAD by someone. It's probably waaaay deeper than you even KNOW. But here's a start, it may seem like a bit MUCH (and expensive) but is basically your only option to shake it and I'm aware of this stuff because it's happened to a dear friend of mine.. And STILL IS because he didn't do thing properly:

• Get to a PC, like the library and create NEW accounts for your Email, do NOT use ANY old ones.
• Need new sdcard, DO NOT use one you currently have as it could contain unknown malicious files.
• Shut down WiFi account, replace router, and THEN activate new WiFi account. DO NOT use anything on it AT ALL until all points of this list is checked and finished and make sure your WiFi connection has a new password.
• Unfortunately, you need a new Device and Carrier Account (or new Carrier), including new phone number. Leave NO CONNECTION to old account as it'll just pass the same IP address to the new device, these ppl could also be piggybacking off your IP address (and inherently pwning your IMEI or vice versa, which is why I advised a new device). Completely shut down the whole account and start a new one. For real
• Lastly, do not redownload any apps from anywhere except Google Play, and be cautious about that since it can take awhile for Google to catch malicious intents with the new software tricks constantly being designed.
• Now go to a Library, safe location and/or Carrier and activate the new phone with the all new accounts.. Hopefully you're safe from here on out and can restart your new router and stuff..
• One last thing.. NEVER connect to an open WiFi as JUST THE CONNECTION alone can inject malicious files to the newly connected device if it wants to.. Hope that helps

Thank you for the response. Yeah I've done all of those things but unfortunately at different times. Problem is that when I get a new phone... no matter which... they connect me to whoever. And with them having my voice, retina, fingerprint, and every piece of information you can ask for there's no way to keep them out. I mean I honestly gave up. However yes the bank is going to have to happen soon (again) bc there's a ton of charges I didn't make and my family is drowning now bc of it. I'm always terrified calls are being re-routed when I pay my bills etc. I was told to change it all go dark for a few years start over by an IT friend. Said it was "REALLY BAD" and not to even "come by his house with my phone bc his wifi pw was saved in it". Not a good look. This has been a plague for YEARS. The only thing I can think to do is exactly like you said, also keep any funds out of the bank I'm not using for a bill, and not download any new apps. Then maybe get a new IP address new Wifi an open VPN and a decent VPN service so they can't find me? I don't know...

Yeah they got me. My wife as well. Everything about us. Our whole lives. My every movement. But why? They waited for almost 5 years to start taking money. They've followed me from every single carrier in the area and over 20 phones. They're good they are fast and they are very VERY smart. I'm intelligent. These people are above and beyond. I honestly see no immediate escape. Until I return to work I'm broke so another life restart isn't really possible. My credit got hit when it 1st happened and I never paid it so... can't just get one on that. My phone has multiple "phone" apps, same as my messaging, and subsequently ANYTHING SMART in my household (e.g. my Amazon Fire box) always some new crazy coding in ES file explorer. I'm supposedly on Sprint but the billing has even changed. They have full control of my phone so they have full account of everything I do and honestly I think even my play store is fake. MY FB MESSENGER address of the designer is "1 Hacker Way" for crying out loud. It's like they live to torture me.

Oh and lol the public library isn't even a safe zone for me. Lol. Sites I go to get rerouted and never have a green HTTPS lock where it should.

You will also need to close your bank accounts and go bank less or switch banks. I got sick of the banks themselves, scamming me for my last few $$ every month, so now I just use a prepaid CC and only load it just before doing online purchases.. Has saved me a fortune in headaches (pun intended), Lol.
And yes, that's (1 hacker way) literally the FB address.. What does that tell ya..??

Use the actual PC in incognito mode, not the WiFi, my bad for not clarifying. I can't use Telegram on library WiFi either, same reasons.

well.. You could factory reset to clear the unwanted apps but it's VERY LIKELY they've already went into the Root of the system.in order to lockdown everything like they did.. You could always have a trusted friend/source download the factory firmware for that particular device, use ODIN to flash the FW, completely replace the System and stuff. This will likely only be temporary fix for said device.
Now then.. Take all this information to your bank AND the police as this has now become a Federal matter (banks are federally backed/supported for this kind of stuff) and needs checked into by their cyber team/FBI. believe me the bank WILL want to catch these clowns and any/all proof of wrongdoings will be needed to help them help you. Remember, you'll need new everything before starting a new account or these criminals will have access to your new account too. So:

• Take info to bank & police, start a case file.. They may want/need you to act normal in order to catch them (in the act) but take this to proper authorities 1st & go from there..

Yeah. I'm aware it's probably already rooted and set to reboot to thier settings. Same way my original laptop after the 1st hack was. Sony Vaio. Built in original no disk so...I would put it in "Geek Squad" at Best Buy... and they had it more often than I did. They found so much changed it was ridiculous. Yet everytime I got it back within minutes it was having the same issues. I did open a police report with that local municipality at the time. I was given a line to reach thier cyber crime detective directly and was told when I called "they'll go away when the money is gone"... yeah I'm pretty sure that call was rerouted bc there's no way a detective says THAT. It's been years. My bank card transactions do not add up to times & dates I could have even used it at the time... so I have that in my corner. I worked VERY hard Dec to Jun and now I'm broke. Deposited 7-8k a month. Bills were 3 maybe? Working 12-14hrs mon- mon how and why would I be at local stores etc multiple times a day to spend that money if I was @ work? I literally just sold one of the last expensive items I own trying to keep a roof over our heads and food in the fridge for my wife and daughter. And now that I screen capped your replies and sent them to my wife... pretty sure they're already aware of what I have to do. If they don't go.. I gotta go to the alphabet boys. I mean I have no privacy anyway. What do I have to lose?

Oh and I was referring to the PC at the post office. But when all that happened it was 2014... nobody believed me. Anyone without a halfway decent understanding of technology doesn't believe me NOW. But the evidence, especially in my phone... is overwhelming. I'd rather not turn it over to the police... and I certainly would lose a few things I don't wish to as far as a factory reset... but i mean when is enough enough?

Exacty. I'm all for a fair "Mr. Robot" style balancing of the scales by hacking bad people.. there are tons of bad people that I feel deserve justice they never recieve... but I don't feel I am personally a bad person nor do I feel like I deserve all this. Especially for this long? My wife my daughter and everyone else its affecting .. definitely don't AT ALL. Thousands gone, credit destroyed, loss of anything smart if I have to restart it all when I can afford it. Just a little more unfair than usual life stuff

It's totally uncool and these guys don't care about your life hazards or problems except they'll be losing their prime source of income. TBH, I've had my ID stolen too.. Recently got a call from an animal clinic trying to make an appt for some dog I've never owned or seen.. I'm gonna be looking into it too cuz the ppl they were looking for used to live across the street from me. So.. Be safe and severely reduce your digital fingerprint as much as possible, maybe buy a "dumb phone" that CAN'T do anything except talk & text after these ppl get had by police. I think the only thing that's saved me in many ways was 2FA (2 Factor Authentication). And when you decide to get another PC, get one with a removable HDD &/or SSD because you can always rip it out to replace with an uncompromised version to start over. Get one with a real operating system on it, an OS whose lineage has been based on security from the get-go, Linux.

There are many ways of getting a Linux computer, and there are so many Linux distributions there's something for everyone. If I could get my hands on your PC, I'd wipe it clean and start fresh with a new installation of Kubuntu, my favorite distro.

You can buy PCs and laptops with Linux pre-installed; Google has its Chromebooks, HP and other well-known companies have theirs, System76 (my favorite) carries nothing but Linux computers.

Set up properly, your Linux system--in conjunction with other measures as laid out in this thread--should keep all but the most determined, knowledgeable intruders out.

Just FYI, I've used UNIX and then its offspring, Linux, since 1985, both at work and at home. NONE of the computers under my watch has had ANYTHING, from a suspicious login to malware, that plagues a certain other OS.

Just something to consider if you're determined to get out from under your nightmare.

I'm sorry something so invasive and destructive has happened to you and your family, but there can be light at the end of the tunnel.

May I add my favorite Linux distro for ppl coming from Microsoft: Mint Cinnamon.. Similar layout to Windows but much more secure, actually faster, much less resource hog as well. Once I switched to Linux, I never looked back after a month of getting used to it.

I switched my mom from window$ to Kubuntu with virtually no explanation or instruction. Because it's KDE, I was free to make her system look and feel exactly how I wanted. So I basically replicated what she was used to: only one desktop, a 'start' button (that name always cracked me up), one taskbar at the bottom of the screen. Then I installed a bunch of stuff she'd like, and said 'there you go!'

Her BIGGEST complaint? "It's too fast!"
