If you have a J7 2016 SM-J710GN with product code (CSC) XME. This is for SM-J710GN from Malaysia. There is an option to 'select country'. It is very important to flash the correct firmware for you specific device.

I also believe, you have multiple issues. For one, Custom binary ( user data) blocked by frp. The 'custom binary' is indicative of either flashing the wrong firmware or a direct result of improper rooting.
The For Samsung j710gn ( RP SWREV: B:4 K:0 S:1) is most likely due to flashing a lower bootloader/modem version (fused/binary).
The Note 4 I have, the latest firmware is MM and a fused 5, bimary 4. The fused 5 is higher than all other firmwares for the n910p and any attmpt to downgrade to a lower firmware will result in 'sw rev check' fail via Odin.
