Accessories Seidio Innocase now on Amazon ($23)

Does anyone know how Seidio itself will respond to issues arising from purchases of Seidio products on Amazon? I obviously appreciate the price difference, but the excellent customer support is worth the extra money to me if I am unable to get the same level of support at the discounted price.

Yes they will but you have to go through Amazon first and if that fails they we will step in :D

Thank you for your PM! We have had very little issues with the Innocell 1750 Extended Battery. And for those that did have issues, we will be glad to help the customer out.

For purchases from Amazon, you would request a replacement directly from them within 30 days. After the initial 30 days, we will be more than happy to help you rectify any issues. Again, please note that we have had very little issues with that battery.

Thanks for the info and for sharing the PM from the rep. I placed an order for an Innocase, and am contemplating the multifunction charger (but have ordered a cheapo knockoff in the meantime.) Let's hope I don't have to test the customer service, but I'm always happy to buy from a company with good support. Thanks again, and take care.

Not a problem, just make sure to post your thoughts on the case once you have in on your DInc after awhile
