Google Voice dialer

Not sure exactly what you are looking for but you can set GV so it always calls, asks you or never is used for calling. You can also add the little toggle thingy (it's in applications) on a home screen and change the call settings when you want.
I use Google Voice Dialer and have the filters set so certain numbers use GV and others don't. You place the call and it calls you back...so you have to answer your phone to make a call. That's the only drawback that I've found, the filter options far outweigh that. I have my GV on Friends and Family, no need for the access number too.
If none of that is what you meant/are looking for...never mind :)

Takeshi, What acceess number?

When using the toggle option you need to add your GV number and the number that GV uses to dial out when making calls through the GV toggle option. Flex dialer is the way around that.

You turn it on and dial using your regular phone app or contacts. It dials your GV number then the number you want to call.

Why can't you just check "Ask every time I make a call" in the settings?

You can. The thing is that it dials a number that is not your GV# to make the call. So you have to add your GV# for incoming and the special GV# for outgoing.

So as long as you have extra FF spots your good to go. And at one time i heard that the outgoing # might change. But some say its the same number after months of use.

Flex is an on off button.

^^ So using this method, would it make all your calls free? I thought google voice still ate into your minutes -confused-

If you put your GV number in your FF and give that # to everyone all incoming calls are free. Same for outgoing calls. You have to have your caller id show your GV number for incoming calls. (kinda sucks) Then as long as you dial through your GV number on outgoing calls they are free.

All this app does is call your GV number 2--- 123-456-5665 # if you do that manually from you cell or any phone for that matter you can make a free call through your GV number. I use my GV number to make free long dis calls from my home phone.
