    Calls Through PC?

    Can I make calls through my PC via wifi if I don't have Android 7.0? I don't know that that version can be installed on my phone. Thanks.

    text to speech issue

    I have an ASUS tablet, running 4.2. I have several text to speech programs, but they don't work on e-mail, or parts of webpages, in part because I can't select and copy the text like I can on my PC. any ideas?
